This book design breaks traditional rules to mirror the novel’s themes of rebellion and distorted reality. Bold words—Defy, Dare, Duel—capture each story’s spirit, inviting readers into the rebellion before opening the book.
Translucent vellum, fractured typography, a ripped spine, and accordion-folded end pages evoke blurred perspectives, resistance, and loss of identity.
This tactile design invites physical and intellectual engagement, embodying themes of reflection and rebellion. It transforms censorship into a sensory experience, highlighting the importance of preserving silenced stories.
